Trøndelag is an area in central Norway made of Nord-Trøndelag and Sør-Trøndelag (North Trondelag and South Trondelag). The largest city in the region is Trondheim, which is the unofficial capital of of Trøndelag and used to be the capital of Norway before this moved to Oslo.
