Panorama taken from Victoria Park overlooking the Aquatic Park and San Francisco Maritime National Historic Park. This panorama was taken on a spring afternoon, and there are a couple of people relaxing in the park. Victoria Park is right next to the Fisherman's Wharf cable car terminal, which can be seen in the satellite view of the Google map of San Francisco.

Victoria Park is a small reserve of grass lawns between the sandy beach of Aquatic Park and Ghirardellia Square, the home of the famous chocolatiere. Victoria Park isa restful area beside the cable car terminus, set on a slight slope with a panoramic view out over the National Maritime Historical Park which includes a large section of the Fisherman's Wharf harbour. From here in Victoria Park, you can see the historic ships berthed at Pier 45 and the neighbouring Hyde Street Pier. This is a relaxing place to sit on a bench and await your cable car transport after a busy day's sight-seeing and visiting the Fisherman's Wharf entertainments at Pier 39. Victoria park is also a popular resting place for locals who stroll along these piers to take in the magnificent sunset, or who rise early for a dawn run along the seafront.
